Hey guys, I'm not sure about A. Waters. But the guy who wrote it, his name is John Day, and the song was published on a Cd called "1750" (which included other great song "Rest" and "1750").
The album is REALLY hard to find, I'm still looking :P

Yep, It is AnneMarie Feltman-Waters and John Day. They both attended The City Church in Kirkland Washington when the song was written, so that church might have a recording or the Chord Chart.
I have a recording of this song. John Day wrote it and He attented the City Church just as someone had previously posted. The city chrch is also very well known for "generation church" which is their youth ministry which is headed up by judah smith. And judah smith has preached all over the world and has been a keynote speaker at the hillsong conference in sydney australia several times.
